The whole restore from manually saved session seems to be out of kilter under Plasma6/Wayland. The set up I've been using previously is 8 Desktops with Dolphin on 1, Konsole on 5 and Firefox on 7, all set to to show on All Activities and in the positions I want. At the moment the only app that opens is Firefox and that on Desktop 1, in the middle of the Desktop and only available in the current activity.
