Hello Frank, This issue happened on a P10 Denali LPAR(KVM on PowerVM) I haven't built any custom kernel. Per my chat discussion records with my team, https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/daily- live/pending/noble-live-server-ppc64el.iso was the ISO I had used and I had downloaded it around Feb 7-9 time frame. Even with the latest ISO available as on today also this issue is getting recreated. Sure, I don't mind giving a try with ISO from proposed. Could you please point me to the ISO path. I did a search but couldn't find it. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2059237 Title: [Ubuntu-24.04] "array-index-out-of-bounds" error is observed after every reboot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-power-systems/+bug/2059237/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
