Hello: I started with the same proble. By following that advice: `ln -s /home/pang/.thunderbird /home/pang/snap/thunderbird/common/` my profile does appear in the list when I run `thunderbird -P`, but then 1. When I click the ok button, the window closes, and thunderbird does not raise.
