Currently noble release repositories appear mostly be fixed as I tested
so far, the release now can be bootstrapped w/o problems when using
latest version of debootstrap. It can be run by installing latest deb or
otherwise running it according to README in the .tar.gz file (it could
be downloaded from
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/d/debootstrap/). Also the
available version of gparted is now correct, gparted and gparted-common
versions are now same as shown below, also no overrides added to
/etc/apt/preferences.d/ directory, so it's safe to remove override if
it's present, not forgetting running apt-get update apfter changes.

# apt-cache policy gparted
gparted:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 1.5.0-1build3
  Version table:
     1.5.0-1build3 500
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble/main amd64 Packages

Dependency gparted-common is 1.5.0-1build3, copied from 'apt-cache show
gparted' output, where now it's also in primary archive:

# apt-cache policy gparted-common
gparted-common:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 1.5.0-1build3
  Version table:
     1.5.0-1build3 500
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble/main amd64 Packages
