Public bug reported: The /etc/netplan/01-network-manager-all.yaml, generated by livecd-rootfs, shouldn't exist any more IIUC. That functionality was moved into src:ubuntu-settings and shipped as /usr/lib/netplan/00-network-manager-all.yaml
