Public bug reported:

The version of duply (v2.4.1) included with Noble Numbat is not able to restore
files. I get this error when attempting a fetch (restore) operation:
--- Start running command FETCH at 2024-04-26 05:45:23.076 ---
CommandLineError: Option '--file-to-restore was changed in 2.0.0.
    --file-to-restore to --path-to-restore
    --do-not-restore-ownership to --no-restore-ownership

Enter 'duplicity --help' for help screen.
2024-04-26 05:45:24.020 Task 'FETCH' failed with exit code '23'.
--- Finished state FAILED 'code 23' at 2024-04-26 05:45:24.020 - Runtime
00:00:00.944 ---

It appears that the version 2.4.1 is incompatible with the included
version of duplicity (2.1.4). If I use version 2.5.2 of duply (the
latest available on the website), I can restore files successfully.
