The bug reproduces as follows:

1 - Open any software you prefer;

2 - Maximize the software and click on the top bar (clock and overview
menu bar)

3 - The screen will be split in half

4 - In both Wayland and X11 the system became extremely slow, only
returning to normal after some time.
