Sorry, I should have given more details. hxtools was FTBFS in Noble as it was failing to find a symbol from libhx. Which has been fixed in libhx_4.23. Oracular will get the new package from Debian, and the other bug on hxtools fixed the FTBFS for Noble, so all good now.
