My testing results on Ubuntu 23.10 on a Dell XPS 13 9350: 6.5.0-26-generic (earlier mantic) : Keyboard works after suspend 6.5.0-28-generic (current mantic) : Keyboard does not work after suspend! 6.5.0-40-generic (mantic-proposed) : Keyboard does not work after suspend! linux-image-6.5.0-1021-oem (jammy-proposed) : Does not boot! Hangs in "loading initial ramdisk"
