Good luck with that. They purposely removed the Nvidia 390 driver during
the previous Ubuntu (23.10) cycle:

I've tried packaging 390 for Noble, but it seems broken. The package
installs correctly and builds the kernel modules, but XServer won't
start. Another person also has a PPA with 390 noble package that does
the same thing
