@mate --- I checked the changelogs of the current Grub2 packages for Jammy.
I don't see patches for this issue yet. The last updates for Grub2 packages for Jammy were in April, and were for ARM, and a CVE security update by you. Because that was "Security", I understand that those took precedence. But is now 2 months since then, with no updates/patches. You said 2.12 was patched, but current Grub2 in Jammy is still 2.06-2ubuntu7.2 amd64...
