Public bug reported:
The qt6-base-dev package is missing the pkg-config .pc files (that do
exist in the corresponding Debian packages and also existed in the Qt5
version of this package). The result is that building gnuplot 6 breaks,
for example.
(Thought I had filed this already bu can find no mention.)
