There is a ready solution for this problem in Xubuntu 24.10 (Oracular Oriole) Daily Build. In this version, all applications also work with the Adwaita-dark theme. I hope this problem will also be removed in Xubuntu 24.04 (Noble Numbat) Daily Build.
