Removing server-todo. I still plan to look at this, but it is a lower
priority item for me, please let me know if this is a bigger issue that
needs addressing, but to me it looks like there is a workaround in place
so it is not critical to fix ASAP.

I also worry the fix for this will be messing with bcache (and/or
multipath-tools) handling, and me not being an expert in bcache, I would
want some time to thoroughly test whatever change is made to ensure no
regressions or unexpected fallout.
