I can confirm that librdf-query-perl from focal-proposed has fixed the
bug for me.
Test done:
installed librdf-query-perl and execute 'rqsh' to confirm it still
fails to run.
Added focal-proposed to apt sources.
install librdf-query-perl from focal-proposed.
followed the testplan and executed "rqsh" which resulted in the rqsh
prompt.
Package tested:
$ apt-cache policy librdf-query-perl
librdf-query-perl:
Installed: 2.918-1ubuntu0.1
Candidate: 2.918-1ubuntu0.1
Version table:
*** 2.918-1ubuntu0.1 500
