Hi Kevin, Apologies on the delay on getting to this. Busy first half of the month. The user in question has a full sosreport provided. I'll provide system info from the sosreport in a forthcoming update. The standard kernel works and boots fine, I've advised the user on testing with the low- latency kernel as well but have not heard back on that.
