Public bug reported:

Every few minutes (every 30 seconds or so if I'm watching a video on
youtube), the built-in display of my Lenovo z13 flashes black for about
three seconds before coming back. The syslog when this happens looks
like this:

Jun 26 14:02:09 pandora kernel: [476340.039050] [drm:link_enc_cfg_validate
[amdgpu]] *ERROR* link_enc_cfg_validate: Invalid link encoder assignments - 0x1c

This started happening several days ago, but it worked perfectly fine
before that. I generally apply updates when they're available, so I
suspect a recent update has caused this.
