To be honest, ubuntustudio-installer wasn't developed with raspberry pi in mind, so it's not really supported even though the package is available. I'm the author of the current iteration; the previous iteration was also not developed with any other architectures other than amd64 in mind.
In 24.10, the linux-lowlatency package won't even be a selectable option in ubuntustudio-installer as we're switching to the generic kernel. I'm assuming you selected this which is precisely what caused the crash. Therefore, since it's not developed for 24.04 and linux-lowlatency isn't really a thing on raspberry pi, I'm marking this as Won't Fix. ** Changed in: initramfs-tools (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid ** Changed in: ubuntustudio-installer (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid => Won't Fix -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2070151 Title: package linux-image-6.8.0-35-lowlatency 6.8.0-35.35.1 failed to install/upgrade: run-parts: /etc/kernel/postinst.d/initramfs-tools exited with return code 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/initramfs-tools/+bug/2070151/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
