Looks like the binary package was removed for failing to build, see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/0ad/+publishinghistory and https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1064726 for more details. The confusing part is that since data is split out in a separate source package those were not touched as a part of this.
