Public bug reported:

PgAdmin does not support postgresql versions from 15 and onwards due to the
removal of 'datlastsysoid' from 'pg_database' and will crash when attempting to
connect to a database of these versions.
I realise this is not a fault of pgadmin and not really a bug as such but it
does leave the pgadmin3 less useful.
Please add pgadmin4 desktop to the official repositories and perhaps even with
support for LTS's down to 20.04

Cheers
