Public bug reported:

gnome-remote-desktop's build test is failing now in Oracular, but passes
in Noble

It has been failing in Debian since gnome-remote-desktop 46 was first
uploaded to Debian Experimental. This was worked around (badly) in
Debian by simply ignoring the test failure.

https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=gnome-remote-
desktop&arch=amd64

The last known successful build in Oracular was May 21.

This suggests that there was a change in one of the dependencies that is
causing the failure.
