It did eventually get published and a quick test suggests that it works.
@bounty-zonal0a you would need to upgrade back to
4.0.1-0ubuntu0.24.04.2, *restore* /etc/apparmor.d/bwrap-userns-restrict
and then upgrade again if you want to test. The proposed revert package
should drop the file again (properly).

I would like some more testing and review to happen on my
4.0.1really4.0.0-beta3-0ubuntu1~ppa1 and perhaps the version should be
4.0.1really4.0.0-beta3-0ubuntu0.1 instead, but apart from that as far as
I'm aware this should be the minimal revert. Since the "really" version
and rm_conffile are unusual I'd appreciate review from those able.
