Braindump out of a discussion I had on this (for suggestion to upstream). a) Code in libvirt that does autostart knowing the guest definitions b) systemd generator that reads guest configs, creates a wait-libvirt-guest-config which libvirt could depend on. If nothing is configured, not waiting on anything. If it is, it could wait
