I noticed this issue after upgrade from 20.04 to 22.04 (Xubuntu). HDMI-1
(which is DP-1 with an adapter) can not show rates better than 30Hz in
1920x1080 resolution. Another monitor is in DP-2 and can function at
2560x1440 74.97Hz, but the issue with HDMI-1 is also in single monitor
setting. Also when using --auto with xrandr the HDMI-1 display stays
black.
