After rebuilding the package locally (sudo apt build-dep python3-pyalsa; apt source python3-pyalsa; cd python-pyalsa-1.2.7; debuild -b -us -uc; sudo dpkg -i ../python3-pyalsa_1.2.7-1build5_amd64.deb) there is a different error:
