Public bug reported: The UK government mandated the clearance of 700MHz frequency range for use by mobile phones. This work began in 2017 and was completed in 2020. The latest scan tables in the current package are from 2018 and many regions do not reflect the changes. Please sync from upstream. This will need to go via Debian.
