Public bug reported: The version of php-ds (1.4.0) shipped with Ubuntu 24.04 does not seem to be compatible with PHP 8.3, which is the version of PHP in the same release. php-ds needs to be upgraded to 1.5.0. See https://pecl.php.net/package/ds
