I don't know to what date we have in Hardy because trying to get history on: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git?p=ubuntu/ubuntu-hardy.git;a=history;h=decbedde11cdda33533828757df87494b7ab1961;f=drivers/net/wireless/rtl8187_dev.c give none, but it is quite different than main linux kernel.
