Public bug reported:
I am unable to change the rating of a song by clicking the "Rating"
column if that song is already selected. Hovering over the selected
track still shows the small circles for increasing the rating, but
clicking them or any of the stars has no effect. The rating can still
be changed if the track is not selected already.
