[Situation]
I installed ubuntu 20.04.1 on Lenovo Thinkpad P16s Gen 2, after which I
installed the GPU's driver on an external GPU (NVIDIA A500) using the
command "sudo apt install nvidia-driver-535"
Before installing nvidia-driver-535, disable nouveau as follows:
Disable nouveau：
"sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-nouveau.conf"
Add：
"blacklist nouveau"
"options nouveau modeset=0"
Save：
"sudo update-initramfs -u"
After restarting the computer, I use the command nvidia-smi and I see the GPU
status but the Volatile GPU-Util status stays at 0%.

Tried to switch to nvidia GPU in BIOS but there is no such option in
Lee.
I use sudo prime-select nvidia to switch to NVIDIA GPU, but after
restarting the computer, it stays on black screen and cannot start.

Title:
After installing nvidia-driver and using nvidia-smi, I can see the GPU
