Public bug reported:
"Camera" is not responding several seconds after starting app --
Testing Ubuntu Oracular Daily ISO dated 21-08-2024 in Live session.
Soon after selecting the "Camera" app the error message pops up and selecting
"wait" continues to pop up again. Have tested this on both USB attached web cam
and also integrated camera's on 2 seperate laptops.
This also occurs on machine running Ubuntu Noble desktop.
N.B - installed "Cheese" and app ran fine with no errors on any of my
test boxes.
