Can confirm that lifting all of the 6.8-support quilt patches directly from Noble and importing them unmodified into to the existing 1.8.10-2ubuntu1~22.04.1 in Jammy results in packages that build cleanly and produce a DKMS package that builds a functional OpenAFS kernel module for a Jammy machine running a 6.8 kernel.
