Public bug reported:

After installing fprintd and going to user settings, the finger
enrollment is missing the options for which finger to enroll.

Enrollment works correctly using the command line (fprintd-enroll,
fprintd-list, fprintd-verify).

This occurs for me on fresh installs of Oracular on two laptops.
