[Impact] OpenJDK 22 is a latest released OpenJDK. This is a short term support release and was removed from the release pocked of Noble. This bug is raised to introduce openjdk-22 into -updates pocket so that it can be removed once EOL (17 Sep 2024). [Test Plan] PPA: ppa:vpa1977/october-21[1] - Perform a PPA build[2] and validate jtreg test results[3] - Perform piuparts test to validate package installability[4] [Where problems could occur] There are no packages in Noble archive dependant on openjdk-22.
