Public bug reported: Please sync the latest libitpp upstream release from Debian Unstable.
Major Additions: * Major improvement in calculation performance of SVD and QR decomposition routines, especially for larger matrices. * Improved configure checks for isfinite(), isinf() and isnan() functions.
