@juliank, I did update the description of this bug and also pushed the
test package in https://launchpad.net/~tchavadar/+archive/ubuntu/amd-
qos-test/+packages

Since we are on freeze for oracular, this package will land in to devel,
I can update it accordingly if/when needed. But I would be grateful to
get your feedback for the new packaging in the meantime.

I also put the explanation for Breaks and Replaces for xmutil in the
description but below you can find the copy of that explanation as well:

xmutil package was being shipped with the images and it was including axi-qos 
and ddr-qos binaries. But with the new versions of xmutil those binaries are 
not included in the package, so thats why we have Breaks&Replaces in this 
amd-qos packages.
