Public bug reported:

Display starts to blink and present corrupted lines after return from
power save.

This is related to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/2083650.

The strange is that recording the display (video) the corruption doesn't
appear. So, I recorded with a external camera to show the case.

As work around that I discovered: unplugging and plugin again the
display worked around the issue.
