Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mozilla-mplayer
This is a wishlist bug for a new feature. If a web page has embedded video content, then mozilla-mplayer starts playing it as soon as the page is loaded. It ought to have a configuration option to make it not do this. It's incredibly irritating when pages such as http://www.yomiuri.co.jp/dy/ start playing audio and video as soon as they're loaded even if you didn't want to watch the video, just read the text content.
