As discussed and coordinated with Andreas: I agree that this should surely not land as /universe. And if we'd do so even fixing it later might get people into issues that e.g. have multiverse/restricted disabled for license reasons as they'd have the initial versions but not see updates.
While TBH we still discuss if multiverse or restricted is the correct final state and the exact requirements for restricted - waiting on input by Steve. I'll move it away from universe for now which is surely wrong and more likely to cause issues later. Thereby for now let us at least match plucky with /multiverse as it is more correct than universe for sure.
