it starts happens since my first dist-upgrade to edgy. In the previous linux-images (from edgy) at shutdown i got this message:
[126855.392415] BUG: soft lockup detected on CPU#0! after that, processing goes 100% (i knew that because the fan starts working hard) and after a while didn't seen to correct shutdown or reboot and i done it manually.
