Seems to be gecko engine (firefox-dev) what makes anjuta crash. I've fetch devhelp 0.16.1 and xulrunner-migration patches from ubuntu hardy bazaar and I've created some new packages for gutsy:
deb http://people.warp.es/~dani/packages/ ./ It works for me, although help pages style changes a bit. Anyway, I think it's better than nothing.
