Upstream changed the path to the profiles, and that means that on upgrade any custom profiles will not be seen any longer. Debian handled this via a NEWS notice, but I fear that's not enough.
Before it was: /etc/tuned/<custom-profile>/tuned.conf Now it is: /etc/tuned/profiles/<custom-profile>/tuned.conf We could, in no particular order: a) detect if there are custom profiles, and if there are, either: a1) move them to the new path; or a2) adjust the tuned config file to override this path change, and keep the old profile path. But then we also need to move the packaging profiles (the upstream ones) to the new path. Yuck. b) no other idea at the moment -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2092913 Title: Merge tuned from debian for plucky To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tuned/+bug/2092913/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
