Please remove rust-trust-dns-server from ububtu plucky
* trust-dns has been renamed upstream to hickory-dns, which has been packaged
under the new name
* all reverse dependencies of trust-dns-server have now migrated to
hickory-server
* Trust-dns-server has been removed from Debian unstable.
* It is blocking the migration of the new version rust-h2 from the proposed
pocket to the release pocket.
