Hey @juergh I actually bought a new Laptop and installed NixOS on the old one: NixOS with Kernel 6.12 has the same issue. So its clearly within the Linux Kernel.
I dont want to install Ubuntu 24 again, so may I ask if its sufficient to start an Ubuntu24 LiveCD and collect kernel logs with that? I would assume it is, right? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2089400 Title: Fresh install of Ubuntu 24: Intel WhiskeyLake-U (i915) Sound Sink missing despite working Source of same Device To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/2089400/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
