At least from my side Ive discovered new information about Thunderbolts 
BootAccessControlList (BootACL).
As "/usr/libexec/boltd -v" aswell as "boltctl domains" suggest me BootACL is 
not available with my UEFI Settings, I will investigate that further and am 
waiting for Lenovo Support reply in how to activate BootACL with User 
authorization (smth. that wasnt solved by the official Lenovo suggestions yet).

@Olaf: I think you want to check too if its "just" a BootACL issue too.
