Binary package hint: xscreensaver
I have a fresh installation of Gutsy, ATI restricted drivers and xgl and
I have tried every combinations but basically when I disable screensaver
and select power management to never blank screen it's the same, every
10 minutes my screen goes black, I have seen a solution in ubuntu forums
that works for me and is to add this lines to my xorg.conf :
Section "ServerFlags"
Option "BlankTime" "0"
Option "StandbyTime" "0"
Option "SuspendTime" "0"
Option "OffTime" "0"
EndSection
With this bug you can't see a movie every ten minutes going the screen
black wathever you put in your preferences in the media player (disable
screensaver not working) or in Ubuntu power manager configuration.
