Public bug reported:
1. Open Gnumeric, and enter the following data in the first row:
- (cell 1A) "2025-01-01" => replaced by "2025-jan-01" (actual format
(right mouse button / Format 1 Cell...) is "Custom / yyy-mmm-dd")
- (cell 1B) "42" => kept as "42" (actual format is "General")
- (cell 1C) "123,456" => kept as "123,456" (actual format is "General")
2. Change the format of cell 1A (right mouse button / Format 1 Cell...) to
"Date / yyyy-mm-dd" => "2025-01-01"
3. Change the format of cell 1C to "Number / 1 decimal places) => "123,5"
4. Select cells 1A..1C, and change the format (right mouse button / Format 3
Cells...) to add a border ("Border" tab, select outline):
- A border is drawn => OK
- Cell 1A has changed from "2025-01-01" to "2025-jan-01" (actual format
changed to "Custom / yyy-mmm-dd") => NG
- Cell 1C has changed from "123,5" to "123,456" (actual format changed to
"General") => NG
