Public bug reported:
A Raspberry Pi 5, running the current nightly of Ubuntu Desktop 25.04.
Opening Snapshot shows it loading forever, and the non-responsive popup
asking to wait or force kill. Killing it brings up Apport. Trying to
submit the report fails with "core dump: file format not recognized".
I ran it again via the terminal, with the following output, and a panic
at the end:

At first I thought libcamera was missing, but when I tried installing
it, apt says it is already installed:

Looking at /var/crash it seems as if Apport did manage to upload a
report. I see an ID b58710a4-0fb2-11f0-9a12-fa163e171f02
