Thanks!

I did this after enabling -proposed, to downgrade from the currently installed
versions that I manually downloaded from the plucky repository in November
(which worked flawlessly for me):
sudo apt install libnvidia-egl-wayland1/oracular-proposed
libnvidia-egl-wayland1:i386/oracular-proposed

Now I have these versions:
ii libnvidia-egl-wayland1:amd64 1:1.1.15-1ubuntu0.1
amd64 Wayland EGL External Platform library -- shared
library
ii libnvidia-egl-wayland1:i386 1:1.1.15-1ubuntu0.1
i386 Wayland EGL External Platform library -- shared
library

I rebooted and now QMapShack still works and I haven't noticed any
issues within a few minutes after reboot. So I'd say this issue is
indeed fixed after installing the -proposed update!

However, I'm not sure if that is enough testing to edit the verification
tag?
