Please also note:
1. dash-to-dock cannot be used simultaneously with ubuntu-dock as you
are. They will conflict with each other causing serious bugs (which
makes me think this is really bug 2003168).
2. dash-to-dock is not supported here. It is supported at
https://github.com/micheleg/dash-to-dock/issues but note these bugs
already exist:
- https://github.com/micheleg/dash-to-dock/issues/1522
- https://github.com/micheleg/dash-to-dock/issues/1992
